Hybrid Workout 1
This routine will take approximately 60 minutes, including a warm-up. The routine will combine upper and lower body exercises so you hit all areas of the body! You will also need access to a treadmill or a 1km running loop. It's hard work so get ready to sweat and should you have any medical conditions or injuries, then please seek medical advice before following any of the workouts!
Complete 4 minutes on each exercise with no rest and alternate each rep when using dumbbells. At the end of the circuit repeat once more... Enjoy!
